Applications for the remainder of the 2009 season.

can now tune your radio to FM

to hear announcements if you can not hear the PA system!
Parking will start Friday at 12 noon. Remember K.K.C.
does reserves Pit spots for the year at the cost of
$100. Each spot.
Please look for the PINK tape. That will mark a reserved
spot and have their name on it. If in question please
ask.

Remember - the Formula 80 classes will now be running
on YHC tires
3) In an effort to help keep the premises cleaner, we
are going to try something new this year at our race:
When you registrer for the race, you will be handed
a garbage bag. Please put your garbage in these bags
and take it home with you.
Do not leave any trash at the track.
4) Bring your FM radio to the track, turn it to 90.7
FM. We have a new FM transmitter and will be broadcasting
the race updates on it.
5) For insurance purposes, no kids are allowed on the
track at all while karts are running. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6) Practice fees: If accompanied by a member, the FIRST
non-member guest will pay $15 practice fee's...
all others are subject to pay $30 per person per day.
If you are at the track during the week, members and
Business members are responsible for making sure the
club reeives their guests practice fees. We are on the
Good Faith Policy.

7) Security cameras have now been installed at the track.
8) If you are a current 2009 members of KKC and you
introduce a new member who signs up for a membership
in 2009 -
you will receive (1) race credit to be used during the
2009 season. (A new member consists of someone
who has never been a member or someone who has not been
a member before 2008).
9) For those of you who have not read our Bylaws, 2009
Rules & Class Structures, please read them.
10) Be sure to check your email and our website often

Membership - $350 New membership requires 8
hours of mandatory volunteer help
Renewal Membership - $350 With option
of 8 hours of volunteer help to receive 2 race credits.
Mid season (July – October 31st) - $225
Requires 8 hours of mandatory volunteer help.
November
thru December - $350 Includes membership for
the following year (2009). With option of 8 hours of
volunteer help to receive 2 race credits.

Kinsmen Racing Photos - End of the season photo CD special:
$45 (plus postage, if mailed) per racer, for ALL pictures
taken of that racer from the 2008 Kinsmen season, put
onto a CD.
(this does not include collage photos).
